The Denex Dental secure web services tool allows group administrators direct access to manage enrollment and obtain information about their groups’ benefits in a real-time environment. The tool also allows members to check the status of claims and obtain detailed information about the benefits of their plans.
Use of the web tool requires a very simple one-time registration, using identification numbers located on your ID card. Following initial registration, simply login to the tool by providing the user name and password that you have selected.

Please note: Group administrators must register for online services before members will be able to access the tool. If you attempt to register and receive the following error message: “Your group has not been configured for online access, please try again later,” you will need to contact your group administrator and request that they enable access.
Group administrator registration requires a unique ID provided by the case setup department, which can be reached at email@example.com .
